 Our comfy havasu home rental is located in Lake Havasu, AZ. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. The house includes a spacious living room with lots of furniture to accommodate all, a full service kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, cooking supplies, dishes, utensils, ect), 2 beautiful and newly remodeled bathrooms, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, and a 3rd bedroom with a trundle bed.
The house has CABLE in the master bedroom and living room (both also have dvd players). Washer and dryer included too. There is also ample amounts of parking with a garage, driveway, and side of the house parking. The home also has covered patios in the front and backyard. The front yard is very nicely landscaped.
The house is located approximately 5 miles from the London Bridge.

Rent is $1200 per month. We primarily like to rent the house out for 3 months, normally to snowbirds. Somewhere between the months of December - March. Call for more information.
